Product Implementation Lead

(Full Time, Urgent Start) Remote About The Role We are looking for a Product Implementation Lead to join our product team in a fast-paced, hands-on role. This is not a head of product position, but rather an action-focused execution role that will help roll out customer-facing improvements across our programs, software, resources, and tools. Your mission is to deliver updates and innovations that improve customer retention, drive success outcomes, and enhance the overall experience inside our programs. You will be the key executor, working at speed and with precision to bring projects to life. This is a full time salaried role with an urgent start. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of product improvements inside our coaching programs and customer experience tools
• Roll out new software, resources, templates, and tools designed to increase customer success and retention
• Collaborate closely with coaching, customer success, and leadership teams to identify priorities and deliver solutions quickly
• Manage implementation timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
• Monitor the performance of new rollouts and adjust as needed to maximise impact
• Keep stakeholders informed with clear, consistent progress updates

About You

• Hands-on experience in product implementation or operations, with a track record of fast, precise execution
• Strong technical understanding of tools and software used in customer-facing programs
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Proactive, resourceful, and known for getting things done
• Preference for candidates with e-commerce knowledge, though this is not required
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, remote environment with autonomy
