Full Stack AI Engineer

Job Description This is a remote position. AI & Automation

• Build AI-powered features using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar LLMs
• Develop RAG pipelines, chatbots, copilots, and AI workflows
• Create prompts, guardrails, and evaluation processes for AI accuracy and safety
• Improve AI performance, speed, and cost efficiency

Backend Development

• Build scalable APIs and backend services using Node.js or Python
• Develop microservices and data processing pipelines
• Integrate third-party systems and APIs (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365)
• Manage databases, authentication, and secure multi-tenant systems

Frontend Development

• Develop modern web applications using React and Next.js
• Integrate AI features into dashboards, chat interfaces, and user workflows
• Ensure responsive and user-friendly experiences

Cloud & DevOps

• Deploy and manage applications in Microsoft Azure
• Work with Azure services such as App Services, Functions, Azure OpenAI, Cosmos DB, and SQL
• Build CI/CD pipelines and support Docker-based deployments
• Monitor application performance, reliability, and security

Data & System Design

• Work with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or Azure AI Search
• Build document ingestion and indexing pipelines
• Design scalable and secure systems
• Collaborate with product and business teams on technical solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5+ years of experience in full stack software engineering.
• Minimum of 1–2+ years of hands-on experience building AI-powered applications or LLM-based systems.
• Experience building enterprise AI copilots or conversational AI platforms.
• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 integrations.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architecture.
• Knowledge of AI governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
• Prior experience working in high-growth startup or product-led environments.
