The opportunity

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead Seers Digital’s delivery on a large-scale Salesforce transformation program for a highly regarded Australian federal government organisation. You will coordinate a multidisciplinary team and work closely with client project and technology leaders to deliver each phase.

What You’ll Do

Develop and manage delivery plans, schedules, resource forecasts, estimates and budgets. Lead work across discovery, design, build, integration, testing, deployment and post go-live support. Coordinate sprint delivery with product owners, architects, developers, testers and client teams. Manage risks, issues, dependencies, decisions and change requests. Run clear reporting, milestone reviews, governance and escalation processes. Track deliverables against agreed scope, quality standards, budget and schedule. Coordinate integration and deployment planning across Salesforce and existing systems. Act as the primary delivery contact and escalation point for the engagement.

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience managing complex, large-scale Salesforce or comparable enterprise platform programs. A sound technical understanding of integration, data migration, security, testing and releases. Experience combining agile delivery with effective project controls. Confidence managing budgets, suppliers, stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams. Experience delivering programs for Australian federal government agencies or Commonwealth entities would be highly regarded.
