Requirements:
- Engineering degree in Computer Science, Computer/Data Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience in data, cloud, or digital product delivery.
- 5+ years as a Technical Product Owner, Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or similar role in data, analytics, cloud, or digital platforms.
- Proven agile scrum experience, including backlog ownership, sprint planning, refinement, stakeholder alignment, and delivery follow-up.
- Experience coordinating architects, DevOps engineers, data engineers, and platform teams in enterprise-scale or distributed environments.
Technical Expertise:
- Strong understanding of technical product ownership or project management in agile delivery.
- Good knowledge of cloud data platforms, preferably AWS with S3, Athena, Glue, Redshift, DBT and Delta Lake concepts.
- Ability to manage technical dependencies, challenge estimates, prioritize, and turn platform constraints into delivery actions.
- Good understanding of data products, data marketplace, orchestration, CI/CD, observability, scalability, maintainability, and cost optimization.
Soft Skills:
- Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to explain complex technical topics to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management across global, cross-functional technical and business teams.
- Strong ownership, with proactive follow-up, risk escalation, and accountability for delivery commitments.
- Structured decision-making, balancing priorities, trade-offs, quality, cost, and workload.
- Strong facilitation for backlog refinement, sprint planning, dependencies, and alignment workshops.
- Strong problem-solving mindset to analyze issues, propose scalable solutions, and improve ways of working.
- Adaptable and eager to learn, explore emerging technologies, and improve processes.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end scrum delivery, ensuring initiatives meet agreed timelines, scope, resources, and quality standards.
- Drive and maintain the scrum backlog, including prioritization, refinement, estimates, dependencies, and platform alignment.
- Coordinate MDP technical initiatives, including AWS setup, interconnections, monitoring, CI/CD, Data Factory, Data Marketplace, and technical debt.
- Work with the Tech Lead, architect, DevOps engineers, data specialists, and scrum teams to clarify needs, manage dependencies, and support delivery decisions.
- Proactively communicate delivery status, risks, dependencies, scope changes, and key decisions to stakeholders.
- Drive improvements in agile practices, documentation, platform governance, scalability, maintainability, and cost management.
- Ensure strong documentation for project delivery and data product lifecycle management.
