Scrum Master (remote, B2B from Poland)

Seargin is a global leader in tech innovation, partnering with top-tier clients to deliver best solutions. We are currently looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our remote team for pharmaceutical company.

One of the Aspire areas (Aspire Finance Workstream - implementation of SAP Financial modules) is transitioning from a 'Workstream' setup to Agile Release Trains. The formal process is still in progress, but I want to give you a heads-up to initiate the screening process. With that we will be looking for strong scrum masters, who will support the teams in agile delivery for next months, including supporting the transition to agile ways of working.

As for the expectations, beyond the 'regular' Senior Scrum Master expectations please see below additional factors which will be taken into consideration while reviewing the candidates:

• !!-SAFe experience (incl. transformation exp.) !!
• SAP and Finance products experience - rather nice to have
• mainly CET timezone, but most of the teams are cross timezones: including APAC or NALA team members (in most cases team is cross two timezones, just few are in all three)
• one scrum master will work with 2 (max 3) agile teams
• in total we are looking for 6-7 SMs
