Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in business analysis Strong capacity in preparing and writing clear, structured business requirements documents
  • Good knowledge of analysis and modelling tools and techniques (use case diagrams, state diagrams, entity relationship models, interaction diagrams)
  • Good knowledge of BPMN, UML, or equivalent notation standards
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Jira)
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Fluent in English

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from stakeholders Preparation of business requirements and approval of technical specifications
  • Defining and prioritizing the product backlog based on business value
  • Writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria Coordination and review of acceptance testing and planning of deliveries
  • Facilitating communication and interaction with business analysts, customers, users, project leaders, and developers
  • Actively participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, review, retrospective)
  • Monitoring product KPIs and proposing data-driven improvements
  • Managing the product lifecycle from conception to release
