- Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap.
- Engage with stakeholders and IT teams to deeply understand their jobs to be done,, pain points, and compliance requirements.
- Drive the development of scalable APIs and platform capabilities to support integrations with third-party systems.
- Ensure the platform adheres to best practices in security, scalability, performance, and availability.
- Strong technical acumen, able to converse with engineering teams about architecture, scalability, and security.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to present to executive stakeholders and customers.
- Demonstrated ability to work in agile environments and manage full product lifecycles.
- Experience working with AI/ML technologies, including their integration into enterprise platforms.
- Understanding of responsible AI practices, ethical data usage, and regulatory compliance around AI.
- Work with compliance experts to ensure the platform meets CJIS, NIST, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
- Experience managing video data pipelines, including ingestion, storage, transcoding, and playback in large-scale systems.
- 6+ years in product management with at least 3 years managing enterprise SaaS or platform products.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA or equivalent experience.
- Experience designing APIs, developer tools, or integration frameworks for enterprise clients.
- Strong technical acumen, able to converse with engineering teams about architecture, scalability, and security.
