PositionPosition : Senior Product Manager, Aternity (DEX) Location : Home Office, United Kingdom Aternity is Riverbed’s Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platform, helping enterprise IT organizations understand, measure, and improve how employees experience applications, devices, and digital services. The platform turns large volumes of endpoint and experience data into actionable insights that guide IT decisions and investments. This role focuses on the Aternity DEX product, including experience analytics, insight generation, and how these capabilities are positioned to customers and the market. What You Will Do

• Own and drive product strategy and roadmap for key areas of the Aternity Digital Employee Experience platform.
• Serve as a senior, customer-facing product leader, engaging directly with enterprise customers to gather insights, validate direction, and communicate roadmap and vision.
• Translate market, customer, and business needs into clear product priorities and requirements, balancing impact, feasibility, and time to value.
• Partner closely with engineering, data, and UX teams to guide execution while maintaining a strong focus on outcomes and differentiation.
• Lead outbound product activities such as roadmap presentations, customer workshops, analyst briefings, and collaboration with product marketing.
• Help shape the evolution of Aternity’s analytics and AI driven capabilities to deliver differentiated, meaningful insights.

What Makes You An Ideal Candidate

• Significant experience as a Product Manager in enterprise software, ideally in DEX, IT operations, analytics, or adjacent domains.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to clearly articulate product value, positioning, and tradeoffs to customers and stakeholders.
• Proven comfort engaging directly with customers and external audiences in strategic, customer-facing settings.
• Ability to span technical and business concerns, working effectively with engineering while keeping decisions grounded in customer impact.
• Clear, confident communicator who can translate complex concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience operating in globally distributed teams and fast-moving product environments.
