Our client is a well-established UK digital services provider supporting a large and diverse customer base through modern, data-driven platforms. With continued investment in technology and analytics, they are expanding their data capability and are now looking for a Data Analyst to join the team.

The Role

You’ll work with stakeholders across the business to analyse data, build reports and dashboards, and provide insights that support decision-making. This role offers broad exposure across commercial, product and operational areas, making it ideal for analysts looking to develop their skills in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and interpret data from multiple sources
• Produce dashboards, reports and performance metrics
• Identify trends, patterns and opportunities in data
• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements
• Support ad-hoc analysis and ongoing improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a data, analytics, reporting or analyst role
• Strong Excel skills and working knowledge of SQL
• Experience using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar)
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• A curious, analytical mindset

Nice to Have (Not Essential)

• Python or R
• Experience working in digital, consumer or service-based organisations
• Exposure to cloud data platforms
