About the Opportunity:
The organization provides a Compliance as a Service solution that integrates regulatory database sources with core business systems to automate critical compliance processes. The Senior Product Manager will own the vision, execution, and customer outcomes of the full-stack application, including onboarding, self-service, contracting, and integrations. The role requires leveraging expertise in complex systems, APIs, and integrations to enhance functionality, user experience, and customer value.
Responsibilities:
• Drive feature development across multiple products with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and QA
• Use customer insights and user behavior data to design intuitive, reliable user experiences addressing key needs
• Partner with Head of Product to shape and communicate product strategy clearly across the organization
• Seek continuous improvement opportunities to enhance business outcomes and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and subject matter experts to deliver the feature roadmap on time and with resilience
• Advocate for the organization’s solutions internally and externally to teams, customers, and stakeholders
• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify innovation and differentiation opportunities
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on product objectives
• Mentor and support junior product team members, fostering collaboration and professional growth
Requirements:
• Over 5 years of experience advancing B2B products from early to growth stages and executing go-to-market strategies for enterprise customers
• Proven leadership of strategic product initiatives from concept to senior leadership pitching
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of identifying and converting opportunities into results
• Experience developing API-first products
• First-principles thinking approach
• Hands-on problem-solving with a practical, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
• Strong communication skills to influence executives and align diverse stakeholders
• Analytical and commercially aware, connecting customer insight to business growth
• History of successful product-commercial partnerships driving adoption and growth
• Ability to secure engineering commitment and drive disciplined execution without direct authority
• Familiarity with AWS or Salesforce is beneficial
• Experience in a high-growth startup environment is a plus
• Knowledge of insurance, Insuretech, or regulated industries is highly desired

Compensation:
• $160,000 to $188,000 base salary
• Annual company bonus program
