Senior Full Stack Product Software Engineer

About the Opportunity:

The organization is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to design and develop seamless, scalable, and user-friendly experiences. The role involves ownership of key product areas, delivering end-to-end solutions that integrate front-end user interfaces with robust back-end systems. A leadership role in designing scalable architectures and driving impactful product enhancements is expected. The organization is focusing on accelerating the creation and implementation of AI-enabled products, providing a technology stack for rapid prototyping and deployment of AI-augmented functionality.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects end-to-end from data discovery through design, implementation, and deployment

• Develop customer-centric prototypes focused on user needs and feedback

• Communicate insights, progress, and outcomes regularly with team and leadership

• Collaborate effectively with engineering teams and cross-functional partners

• Participate in on-call rotations if applicable, including availability during core and non-core business hours

Requirements:

• 8 or more years of professional experience in full-stack development

• BS degree or higher in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience

• Strong experience designing, developing, and scaling web applications

• Expertise in front-end technologies (JavaScript, React, Angular, HTML/CSS) and back-end development (Node.js, Python)

• Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB

Compensation:

• Role not available in US Zone 1

• US Zone 2: $202,700 to $274,300 USD annually

• US Zone 3: $180,200 to $243,800 USD annually

• Salary is subject to change and is one component of total rewards, including bonus programs and stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs)

• Starting pay considers job level, location, skillset, and peer compensation, generally targeting offers from minimum to mid-range

• Remote work location zip code determines applicable metropolitan pay range
