About the Opportunity: The IT Mobile Developer will design, develop, and maintain a globally deployed iOS mobile application used by sales associates in the field. This role is critical in shaping the user experience and ensuring the application’s performance, security, and responsiveness. Working remotely, the developer will contribute to a greenfield project, collaborating across teams to deliver scalable solutions and influence the success of new mobile initiatives

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable React Native code for iOS applications
• Collaborate with architects, product managers, designers, and developers to define and deliver new features
• Mentor junior developers
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and quality\
• Debug and resolve application performance issues
• Implement UI/UX designs into high-quality code
• Stay current with mobile technology trends and frameworks
• Write and maintain automated tests
• Conduct code reviews and document codebase clearly
• Integrate third-party APIs and services
• Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve development efficiency

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering
• Minimum 6 years of experience developing line-of-business applications with React Native and 4 years with iOS mobile applications
• Proficient in JavaScript, React Native (version 0.77+), NodeJS, and knowledge of Swift/Objective C
• Experience with OIDC OAuth 2.0 authentication, JWT management, and persistent session handling
• Understanding of state management (e.g., Context)
• Familiarity with iOS background tasks, network availability, notifications, Apple Push Notifications, and websockets
• Experience with VSCode and XCode, including IPA creation and environment configuration
• Advanced skills with React Hooks and functional programming syntax
• Knowledge of Apple certificate management and deploying builds to Apple Test Flight
• Ability to travel up to 10%

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience designing responsive apps for multiple iOS devices (iPhones,iPads)
• Experience with React Native Async Storage or similar frameworks, Redux, and Data Dog SDK
• Basic familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Azure Functions, APIM, BLOB storage, and Cosmos DB
