Collaborate with passionate experts, tackle exciting challenges, and help define the next generation of online sports betting and gaming.  Purpose Of The Role As a Senior Full Stack Engineer specialising in Angular, you will play a critical role in our engineering team at a pivotal moment as we fully embrace Generative AI and agentic workflows. At our company, you will be trusted with the autonomy to take ownership of your work, make real decisions, and tackle challenges in a highly competitive industry. You will work with the absolute latest technologies, building Angular-driven micro-frontends, scaling microservices, while collaborating with both human peers and a team of AI agents. We are looking for an innovative, resilient engineer who is excited to master an AI-augmented workflow and refuses to let our tools become legacy. Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and independently deliver product features across our micro-frontend (Angular/TypeScript) and microservices (Java) architectures.
• Leverage Generative AI tools to write, test, and refactor code, actively helping the team optimise workflows that include AI agents.
• Proactively identify technical challenges, propose scalable solutions, and communicate trade-offs clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with product management to understand goals, provide input on planning, and ensure technical solutions align with business needs.
• Write clean, well-tested code that balances speed of delivery with long-term maintainability.
• Participate in code reviews, share creative solutions to complex challenges, and mentor less-experienced teammates to elevate the team's engineering standards.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Deep, mandatory expertise in Angular and TypeScript, coupled with a working knowledge of Java.
• AI-curious and adaptable; eager to learn Generative AI tools and integrate them into your daily development workflow (prior professional AI experience is not required).
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment, contributing to broader architecture decisions, and independently owning features from design to deployment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical execution and business requirements.
• A proactive, responsible approach to building a culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous learning
