Full Stack Web Application Developer (Remote)

About the Opportunity:

The organization is seeking a Full Stack Web Application Developer to support a critical Department of War contract. The role focuses on front-end development using Angular and back-end services using the .NET framework. The developer will design, develop, and maintain web applications that support mission-critical objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop intuitive and responsive user interfaces with Angular

• Translate complex requirements into maintainable code

• Design and implement back-end APIs, data models, and business logic using C# and .NET

• Collaborate using Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban

• Ensure quality, security, and teamwork in all development activities

Requirements:

• Extensive experience with Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, and NgRx

• Proficiency in HTML and CSS

• Experience building responsive single page web applications

• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles

• Solid experience with .NET Framework/.NET Core and C#

• Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs

• Familiarity with Entity Framework or other ORMs

• Knowledge of SQL and Microsoft SQL Server

• Experience working within Agile frameworks (Scrum and/or Kanban)

• Familiarity with Git version control

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Desired: experience with MSTest, NUnit testing frameworks

• Desired: familiarity with CI/CD pipelines such as GitLab, Azure DevOps, Jenkins

• Familiarity with Node.js for tooling or scripting

• Knowledge of secure coding practices and DoD security standards

• Experience in creating accessible websites (Section 508)

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience

• Ability to obtain DoD IAT 2 certification or higher (e.g., CCNA-Security, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, SSCP)

• U.S. citizenship required for federal security clearance

• Ability to obtain Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) or equivalent

Work Location:

• Full-time, 100% remote within the contiguous U.S.
