About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Project Manager – Operations to work closely with company's leadership to turn strategic initiatives into operational reality. This role manages cross-functional initiatives, drives workflow improvements, and ensures alignment across product, operations, clinical services, customer success, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cross-team projects across operations, clinical services, and customer success
• Develop project plans, timelines, workflows, and documentation to ensure clarity and timely delivery
• Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements
• Coordinate internal and client-facing workstreams to support successful execution
• Facilitate clear communication and alignment between teams
• Support rollout of new product capabilities, operational workflows, and organizational processes
• Track progress against milestones and KPIs; identify risks and mitigation strategies
• Build strong relationships with internal leaders and external partners
• Represent RemoniHealth in client-facing interactions as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3+ years of experience in operations and project management—preferably in healthcare, health tech, medical devices, or other regulated environments
• Proven ability to work with various teams
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and project execution skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including client-facing experience
• Comfortable working independently and prioritizing in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency with digital tools, workflow systems, and project-management software
• Solutions-oriented, proactive mindset with a passion for operational excellence and patient-centered innovation
