As a Senior Software Engineer you will work on projects on a highly scalable and dynamic web system. This is all using many of the newest, cloud-based technologies. You will build highly distributable systems composed of multiple databases, processing, and webservers within the massive data field. Our team owns aiR for Privilege products. It is an AI-powered solution that uses generative AI, large language models, natural language processing, machine learning, and social network graphs to analyze documents and predict whether they are privileged or not and provide a draft privilege log description. This streamlines privilege review, improves the accuracy of your final privilege calls, and reduces overhead when creating a privilege log. aiR for Privilege retains an understanding of privilege specific to an organization to drive greater consistency in privilege calls across matters and speed up the pace of privilege review. Job Responsibilities Job Description and Requirements

• Ability to contribute throughout all phases of a service lifecycle from conception through design, development, deployment, and ultimately operation
• Ability to contribute to and mature existing, fully automated CICD workflows
• A commitment to monitoring and observability
• Identify, document, automate, and engineer processes for repeated tasks 
• Oversee the application environment to effectively run and maintain the technology and determine the advisement of potential technology or process improvements 
• Strategize, plan, prioritize, schedule, and partner in the execution of infrastructure provisioning and configuration while focusing on maintaining or improving security, data integrity, programming logic integrity, and administration 
• Manage the deployment of our infrastructure product and our deployment/upgrade processes
• Seek and recommend improvements to current processes and technologies used 
• Participate in code reviews for projects written by your team 
• Participate in design reviews for new and existing services and platforms 
• Influence the use of industry-leading development platforms and process
• Participate in the on-call rotation to ensure a tight feedback loop from customers

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar technical degree, or work equivalent experience 
• Experience with software engineering best practices: unit testing, code reviews, design documentation, excellent debugging, and troubleshooting skills 
• 5+ years of software development of commercial-grade systems and applications
• A self-starter driven to make an impact
• Strong computer science fundamentals in algorithms, data structures and computational complexity

• Strong Communications skills
• Proficiency in HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, and related web technologies
• Proficiency in React web development frameworks
• Proficiency in building REST APIs
• Experience in Java or C#
• Comfortable working from Specifications to create a Technical Approach and scoping work
• Ability to consistently deliver modular and scalable solutions in a timely manner

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between following values: 181 000 and 271 000PLN The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
