Staff Fullstack Engineer

About this role

Our client is an early-stage startup building the platform and AI Agent (“Olli”) for complex B2B sales. As a Staff Engineer, you’ll work directly with our technical co-founder, owning core features end-to-end, shaping product direction, and seeing your work translate into tangible revenue impact. This is a high-ownership role where technical creativity meets deep customer empathy.

What We Do We’re a sales tech platform building a new kind of AI-powered, dynamic deal room that helps sales teams work smarter and close faster.

Key Focus Areas

• AI-driven content generation – create sales assets that are personalized, polished, and ready to use.
• Buyer enablement – give prospects the tools and context they need to make confident decisions.
• Operational efficiency – streamline workflows inside sales teams through automation.
• Dynamic process-driven deal rooms – move beyond static “deal rooms” into a collaborative, evolving space that adapts to each deal.

Your Day-to-Day

• Build & Ship: Independently design, develop, and deploy full-stack features based on real user feedback.
• Shape the Roadmap: Partner with founders to prioritize work that drives maximum customer value.
• Prototype & Iterate: Balance speed and scalability by experimenting, testing, and validating approaches.

Job Details:

• Salary: $150K - $200K + Competitive equity
• Visa sponsorship not available
• Remote work US Only with quarterly off-sites for the whole team

• Tech stack: Typescript, React, Python (for ML work), NestJS, Docker, AWS
