About the Role

We’re looking for a Cloud Data Engineer to join our growing data engineering team. In this role, you’ll help the migration and transformation of complex data pipelines into a modern, scalable, AWS-native ecosystem. You’ll combine hands-on technical delivery and setting best practices.

What You’ll Do

• Design, migration, and optimization of cloud-based data pipelines using AWS (Glue, S3, Redshift, Athena, RDS, CDK).
• Develop Python-based ETL and automation processes (Pandas, PySpark, boto3).
• Implement governance, quality, and compliance standards across the data landscape.
• Integrate scalable data models for analytics and reporting.
• Collaborate closely with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-value solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS data services (Glue, Redshift, Athena, S3, RDS).
• Excellent Python programming skills and familiarity with data frameworks (Pandas, PySpark, boto3).
• Proven track record in ETL/ELT design, data migration, and optimization.
• Solid understanding of SQL for transformations and analytics.
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance in cloud environments.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (AWS CDK or Terraform).
• AWS certifications are a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for project needs.
