Senior Product Manager – AI, Monetisation & Self-Serve

Location: France/Germany – Fully Remote

Salary: €70,000– €90,000

About the Company

We’re working with a growing enterprise software company building sophisticated AI and automation technology that helps organisations manage complex business processes and decision-making.

The platform brings together AI agents, workflow automation, business rules, integrations and human decision-making, enabling organisations to orchestrate complex processes across systems, data and AI models.

As AI becomes increasingly central to the product, the business is evolving how customers build, deploy and govern agentic workflows within complex enterprise environments.

They’re now looking for a Senior Product Manager to combine strong technical product thinking with a commercial mindset, helping shape both the product and how customers discover, adopt and pay for it.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role at the intersection of AI, product and commercial growth.

You’ll work closely with Engineering to shape technically complex capabilities, while taking ownership of an important commercial challenge: building a more scalable self-serve model around the product.

You’ll explore how customers can discover, trial, adopt and purchase the platform with less reliance on a traditional enterprise sales process, while determining how AI and other product capabilities should be packaged and monetised.

The ambition is to make the product itself a much stronger driver of acquisition, conversion, adoption and expansion.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own a core product area spanning AI, monetisation and self-serve experiences.
  • Work closely with Engineering to design, scope and deliver technically complex product capabilities.
  • Shape how AI and agentic functionality is applied to real-world enterprise workflows.
  • Translate customer and commercial problems into clear product requirements and solutions.
  • Build self-serve journeys that help customers discover, trial, adopt and purchase the product.
  • Explore how product and AI capabilities should be packaged, priced and monetised.
  • Design and test onboarding, trials, subscriptions, feature gating and upgrade journeys.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce friction across the customer journey and improve conversion, adoption and expansion.
  • Use customer insight, product data and experimentation to prioritise opportunities and measure impact.
  • Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Sales and Customer Success to bring products to market.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience as a Senior Product Manager within a SaaS, software or technology business.
  • Proven experience working closely with Engineering on technical products or complex software.
  • Experience building or shipping AI-powered products, ideally involving GenAI, LLMs or AI agents.
  • Strong commercial understanding of product-led growth, monetisation, conversion or customer adoption.
  • Experience taking products from discovery through to launch and iteration.
  • Comfortable working directly with customers and translating their needs into product decisions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-moving, evolving environment.

Desirables

  • Enterprise or B2B SaaS experience.
  • Experience with self-serve or product-led growth models.
  • Experience with pricing, packaging or monetisation.
  • Technical background or strong technical fluency.
  • Experience with workflow, automation, collaboration or knowledge-management products.
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams and customers.

Why Join?

This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping how AI is built, commercialised and adopted within an enterprise software platform.

You’ll have genuine ownership, close access to Engineering and leadership, and the opportunity to influence both what the product does and how the business grows through it.

You’ll join a remote-first team that values autonomy, experimentation and impact, with the freedom to test ideas, move quickly and see the results of your work.
