Senior Product Manager – AI & Monetisation
Location: United Kingdom – Fully Remote
Salary: £80,000–£100,000
About the Company
We’re working with a growing B2B SaaS company building intelligent software used by organisations around the world to improve how teams work, collaborate and make decisions.
The business has an established product and customer base and is now entering an important phase of its growth. AI is becoming increasingly central to the product strategy, alongside a wider focus on creating a more scalable, product-led commercial model.
They’re now looking for a Senior Product Manager who can combine strong technical product management with an understanding of monetisation, self-serve and commercial product development.
About the Role
This is a hands-on Product Management role sitting at the intersection of AI, software and commercial growth.
You’ll remain deeply involved in the technology, working closely with Engineering to explore new AI capabilities, understand technical possibilities, define requirements and take new functionality from discovery through to production.
Alongside building the product, you’ll take ownership of an important commercial challenge: creating a more scalable self-serve model.
You’ll look at how users discover, experience, adopt and ultimately pay for the product, identifying where the product itself can play a greater role in acquisition, conversion and expansion.
This could include everything from onboarding and activation through to pricing, packaging, subscriptions, feature access and how new AI capabilities are monetised.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own a core product area spanning AI, monetisation and self-serve growth
- Work closely with Engineering to design, scope and deliver AI-powered product capabilities
- Take technically complex software features from early discovery through to production
- Identify practical opportunities to use AI to improve existing and new user workflows
- Translate customer problems and commercial opportunities into clear product requirements
- Develop and optimise self-serve customer journeys
- Explore pricing, packaging, subscriptions and feature-gating models
- Shape how new AI functionality is packaged and monetised
- Identify friction across onboarding, activation, conversion and expansion
- Run experiments designed to improve adoption, conversion, retention and revenue
- Use behavioural and product data to inform product decisions
- Work directly with customers to understand their problems, workflows and purchasing behaviour
- Partner across Engineering, Marketing and Commercial teams
- Use AI throughout product discovery, research, specification and development
What We’re Looking For
- Strong Product Management experience within a B2B SaaS or software business
- Proven experience building AI-powered or AI-enabled software products
- Strong technical product capability and confidence working closely with software engineers
- Experience taking technically complex products or features from discovery through to launch
- Strong understanding of how AI can be applied to real user problems and workflows
- Experience with monetisation, self-serve, product-led growth or commercial product initiatives
- Understanding of pricing, packaging, subscriptions and conversion
- Experience using data and experimentation to drive product decisions
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to connect product decisions with revenue outcomes
- Comfortable operating with significant ownership and autonomy
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
- Experience building products involving LLMs, generative AI, assistants or agents
- Experience developing or scaling self-serve SaaS products
- Experience monetising AI functionality
- Experience with freemium, trial, subscription or usage-based commercial models
- Experience moving from a predominantly sales-led model towards a hybrid or product-led approach
- Experience with B2B products that expand from individual users into larger teams or organisations
- Technical background or previous experience working particularly closely with software engineering teams
- Experience within collaboration, productivity, workflow or enterprise software
Why Join?
- Own a commercially important product area with significant influence over its direction
- Build meaningful AI functionality rather than simply adding surface-level features
- Stay deeply involved in software and technology while also influencing commercial strategy
- Shape how new AI capabilities are packaged and monetised
- Help build a scalable self-serve commercial model
- Directly influence adoption, conversion, expansion and recurring revenue
- Work with experienced Product and Engineering teams in a highly autonomous environment
- Join an established software business at an important stage of its AI and product evolution
- Fully remote across the UK
