🔍 Who are we looking for

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Product Team, bringing strong expertise in online booking systems or e-commerce platforms. Key goals and responsibilities

• Deliver a consistently great product. Drive the ongoing development of our Booking Engine, focusing on ease of use and a seamless user experience. Simplify the booking process to maximize conversions and expand the platform to offer an all-in-one booking solution, integrating activities, spa, and dining. Ensure competitive pricing and a secure payment process to boost direct bookings and customer satisfaction.
• Translate strategy into pragmatic roadmaps. Turn high-level vision and business goals into actionable roadmaps that guide product development. This involves navigating complex discussions with business stakeholders to successfully embed the product strategy across the organisation. Additionally, establish clear success criteria for product initiatives, fostering a more data-driven approach to decision-making and leading to more precise and impactful outcomes.
• Foster strong stakeholder partnerships. Maintain and enhance communication with stakeholders, keeping them informed of both short-term and long-term product objectives. You will need to diplomatically balance the drive for product innovation with the need for strong collaboration with the sales team.
• Establish and optimise processes. Proactively contribute to the creation and refinement of processes that support effective product management, focusing on workflow efficiency, performance measurement, and cross-department collaboration.

Requirements

• Proven success delivering high-performing online booking or e-commerce products, ideally in hospitality or travel tech.
• Excellent stakeholder management and organisational skills – able to prioritise effectively across competing demands.
• Highly developed communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation abilities, with the capacity to persuasively present data-driven arguments in both English and Polish (minimum C1 level required in both).
• Confidence in working with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and a genuine curiosity for applying AI to improve product experiences in hospitality tech.
• A track record of advocating for a product-driven approach focused on long-term business impact, not just feature delivery.
• Deep understanding of agile product development processes, including best practices, tools, and metrics for ensuring process effectiveness.
• Passion for building and continuously improving products that customers love.

• Salary: earn 24000-30000 PLN on a B2B contract or 20000-25000 PLN gross on contract of employment.
