As our Lead Infrastructure Engineer, you’ll lead a team to help connect newly acquired businesses into Intrepid's global technology environment, ensuring our people can work securely, seamlessly and confidently from day one.
You’ll lead technology integration activities across mergers, acquisitions and business transitions, shaping the strategy, standards and roadmaps that support Intrepids future growth. Working across Technology, business leaders and external partners, you’ll bring together people and systems, guiding complex integrations while leading a small team to deliver secure, scalable infrastructure solutions.
This role is based in our Melbourne head office, on a hybrid basis (2 days from home). If you are a confident people manager, who enjoys navigating change, solving complex technical challenges and building technology that helps a purpose-led business grow, this could be your next adventure. You will need to be comfortable with regular domestic and international travel as part of this new role!
Some of the experience and skills you’ll bring with you are:
- Experience leading infrastructure activities across mergers, acquisitions, divestments or large-scale technology integration programmes.
- Strong experience managing enterprise infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments, including Microsoft 365.
- Knowledge of infrastructure security, identity management, vulnerability management and modern workplace technologies.
- Experience developing infrastructure roadmaps, integration strategies and transition plans aligned to business objectives.
- Proven experience leading teams and third-party vendors through technical projects in global environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence outcomes
