What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of scalable, high-value enterprise data products through agile execution and collaboration
• Manage cross-functional squads including data engineers and analysts to deliver governed, reusable data assets
• Build strong partnerships with business stakeholders to align technology strategy with organizational objectives
• Promote data governance to ensure quality, lineage, and compliance in data products
• Identify and mitigate risks related to data delivery and usage, ensuring adherence to internal controls and regulations

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM), including Enterprise Data Warehouse and Customer Analytics
• 10+ years of experience in data product ideation, analysis, and delivery within banking or regulated industries
• Proven track record of writing user stories and delivering agile data products using frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban
• Strong knowledge of data governance, quality, and metadata management principles aligned with regulatory standards
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster a culture of data literacy

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Expertise in Informatica MDM SaaS
• Understanding of modern data technologies, including DBT and Data Warehousing
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Information Systems or a related field
• Certifications in Agile, SAFe, or data management
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a results-driven mentality
