What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Monitor and analyze performance metrics across IT systems, applications, networks, and business services
• Define and manage performance measures, benchmarks, and KPIs to assess IT effectiveness
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports to present insights to leadership
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in IT processes and propose process improvements
• Conduct root cause analysis on system or service-related issues and collaborate with stakeholders for resolution

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in problem analysis and process documentation, including business requirements gathering and workflow design
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for documentation and reporting
• 3+ years of experience in IT business analysis, including performance monitoring and metrics evaluation
• Ability to work independently and interpret complex information

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• 1+ year of experience working with SQL for querying and analyzing data sets
• 2+ years of experience analyzing and presenting complex data to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• 2+ years of experience applying analytical thinking and creative problem-solving in IT or operations environments
• Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) or equivalent process improvement training
