What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Review and resolve data conversion and integration issues to ensure accurate data population into Workday
- Provide technical support in the maintenance and enhancement of HR systems
- Deliver tier-two user support to address system inquiries and issues
- Act as a liaison between assigned business units and the technical team for effective communication and support
- Assist with business analysis for HR systems integrations, data conversion, and benefits administration
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of four years' experience implementing and/or administering Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
- Direct experience in large-scale data conversions
- Strong data analysis skills with a proven track record in HRIS integrations
- Extensive experience managing and optimizing large-scale Workday environments
- Advanced knowledge in MS Excel, SQL, and/or data analysis tools
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Direct experience administering Workday Benefits with multiple integration partners
- Experience supporting large-scale HR system integrations
- Familiarity with administering PeopleSoft HCM
- Experience supporting technology in the public sector
