What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Review and resolve data conversion and integration issues to ensure accurate data population into Workday
• Provide technical support in the maintenance and enhancement of HR systems
• Deliver tier-two user support to address system inquiries and issues
• Act as a liaison between assigned business units and the technical team for effective communication and support
• Assist with business analysis for HR systems integrations, data conversion, and benefits administration

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of four years' experience implementing and/or administering Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
• Direct experience in large-scale data conversions
• Strong data analysis skills with a proven track record in HRIS integrations
• Extensive experience managing and optimizing large-scale Workday environments
• Advanced knowledge in MS Excel, SQL, and/or data analysis tools

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Direct experience administering Workday Benefits with multiple integration partners
• Experience supporting large-scale HR system integrations
• Familiarity with administering PeopleSoft HCM
• Experience supporting technology in the public sector
