Job Description

Posted on: April 29, 2026

We’re hiring a Product Engineer (Full Stack) - a full stack engineer who can take ideas from concept to production and deliver solutions that solve real problems for patients and healthcare staff. You’ll build and own features end-to-end—across frontend and backend systems—and work closely with stakeholders to design, implement, and iterate on high-impact product experiences.

This could include designing database schemas, building backend APIs, gathering business requirements, debugging production issues, or crafting intuitive, high-quality user interfaces that healthcare professionals rely on daily.

Requirements

  • Comfort operating in ambiguous problem spaces and shaping solutions from loosely defined requirements
  • Strong product intuition—ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
  • Experience collaborating with product and design, or contributing to product decisions
  • Strong proficiency in React (we use React for web and React Native for mobile)
  • Experience with a typed backend language and REST APIs (Go is a plus)
  • Experience with MongoDB or a flavor of SQL
  • Solid software engineering fundamentals and some exposure to systems design
  • Experience debugging production issues across frontend and backend systems
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills—you’re not a lone wolf
  • Attention to detail and an eye for design—you can translate designs into polished UI
  • Experience with AWS or a similar cloud platform
  • Experience with basic DevOps tasks
  • Familiarity with logging and monitoring tools
  • Experience using AI tools to accelerate development (e.g., Claude)
  • Able to perform technical code reviews and provide feedback to other engineers
  • Willingness to support teammates across the organization

Nice to Have

  • Experience with real-time systems (e.g., WebRTC, websockets, Firebase)
  • Experience with testing (unit/integration)
  • Awareness of security best practices and handling sensitive user data (HIPAA experience a plus)
  • Familiarity with Figma or contributing to design systems

Salary Range $130,000 to $170,000. Position includes standard benefits.
