Product Owner - Compliance

I’m working with a leading iGaming platform provider who are looking to hire an experienced Product Owner – Core & Compliance.

The business operates in over 12 regulated markets, navigating fast-moving regulatory environments across the UK, Malta, North America, and Europe.

This is a key role for someone who understands the challenges of regulatory compliance in iGaming and can translate legal requirements into structured, actionable product plans. You’ll be responsible for managing the compliance roadmap, working closely with Legal, Compliance, and Engineering teams to ensure the platform evolves in line with new legislation and market demands.

You will also play a vital role in improving core platform features, especially around user registration flows, ensuring a balance between compliance and user experience.

What you’ll be doing:

• Owning the compliance and core product backlog, defining priorities and driving delivery.
• Analyzing new legislation and regulatory changes across multiple jurisdictions.
• Translating legal requirements into clear product documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

What you’ll need:

• Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager within the iGaming industry, ideally in regulated markets.
• Strong experience working on compliance-related product features or core platform functionality.
• B2B platform experience or B2C operator background highly desirable.
• Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes across key jurisdictions (UKGC, MGA, Curacao, Ontario, New Jersey, Spain, Brazil).
