About Peachtree Infrastructure

Peachtree Infrastructure is a fully integrated renewable-energy developer and asset manager (founded 2022, headquartered in Atlanta, GA) that pairs onsite solar, energy storage, energy efficiency, and grid-services technologies with proprietary software to unlock value for commercial real estate.

Role Summary

We're hiring a mid-level full stack developer to build and operate the software behind our energy infrastructure platform. You'll work across our Python/Svelte/GCP stack, owning features end-to-end, from backend services to the user-facing interfaces that run our business.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain full stack features (Python/Flask or Node.js backend; Svelte/SvelteKit frontend) for operational monitoring and control of energy assets.
  • Implement application features, workflows, and integrations using Cloud Run jobs or Cloud Workflows.
  • Collaborate with a small implementation team; own features from design to production.

Required Skills

  • 4-7 years of professional full stack development experience.
  • Strong Python (Flask or other WSGI preferred) and Node.js backend skills.
  • Frontend experience with a modern JS framework; Svelte/SvelteKit a strong plus (React/Vue experience acceptable with willingness to learn Svelte).
  • Solid SQL and PostgreSQL experience.
  • Hands-on cloud experience, ideally Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL); AWS/Azure transferable.
  • Experience with REST APIs and integrating third-party systems.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Cloud Workflows experience.
  • OAuth / SSO integration.
  • Big data or ML.
  • Energy, utilities, or infrastructure domain experience.

Hiring Process

  • Expect 2-3 interview rounds
  • Technical portion will include a live coding exercise where you will be asked to perform a task on our stack without the use of AI.

Location

  • Remote (US only, Colorado or Georgia preferred). Must work US business hours.
  • Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the US without employer backing.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range $120,000-$145,000, depending on experience and depth of specialization. W-2 employee with benefits. We support pay transparency and equal pay.
