Web Developer / Production Specialist (Automotive)
Full-Time | Remote (U.S.) | Eastern Time hours
Park Group Solutions (PGS Marketing) is a Connecticut-based, full-service advertising agency. Our core is automotive: we partner with franchise dealerships and dealer groups across the country, and we also work with education, political, and nonprofit clients. We handle paid search, paid and organic social, OTT/CTV, video, email, and direct mail, and we design and build websites for clients across all of those industries. PGS is a Google Partner, Meta Business Partner, and Amazon Ads certified agency, and our sister company, Perfect Pitch Productions, handles video and audio production in house.
We’re looking for a web production specialist to manage and build our clients’ websites. On the dealer side, the core of the job is the monthly specials cycle: new, used, service, and parts offers go live at the start of each month, and expired offers come down by the last day. Beyond that, the role covers new site builds and rebuilds, ongoing site updates, vendor support, SEO/AEO pages, and tracking.
Some of the platforms you’ll work in:
- Dealer.com
- DealerOn
- Dealer Inspire
- Dealer eProcess
- Team Velocity
- WordPress
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and launch websites, from full builds to rebuilds and new landing pages
- Maintain and improve the PGS and Perfect Pitch Productions websites and our internal PGS Data Studio reporting portal
- Load and QA monthly specials using each platform’s native tools, checked against the approved offer form (price, payment, term, stock/VIN, expiration, disclaimer)
- Remove expired offers by month end
- Handle staff pages, content edits, inventory issues, broken links, and form/CRM lead routing
- Submit and track vendor support tickets until resolved
- Build SEO and AEO pages with proper structure and schema
- Install and manage tracking in Google Tag Manager (GA4, Google Ads, Meta Pixel)
- Monitor sites for issues, such as forms that stop converting or tags that stop firing
- Apply FTC and state advertising rules to every posted offer
- Use AI tools where they help, with all output reviewed and tested before it goes live
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on web development, production, or website management
- Experience building websites in WordPress, including themes, plugins, and page builders
- Solid HTML and CSS, including HTML email coding
- Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager and GA4
- Image prep and optimization skills (Photoshop or similar)
- Track record of meeting hard deadlines across multiple clients
- Clear written communication and strong attention to detail
Preferred:
- Experience with automotive dealer website platforms
- Agency experience
- JavaScript, responsive design, and site performance optimization
- Familiarity with FTC auto advertising guidance
- Schema or data/analytics experience
This is a fully remote position. You’ll work alongside an experienced team of strategists, designers, and digital marketers who rely on the web side to get every campaign across the finish line.
To apply, send your resume and links to two or three live websites, pages, or emails you built, with a short note on your role in each.
