Job Description As a Senior Manager, you will lead a team to align priorities with cross-functional stakeholders, establish project governance standards, and drive the end-to-end execution of complex delivery projects. Successful candidates for this role will be experienced leaders, excellent communicators, innately curious, and able to thrive in an ambiguous, high-growth environment. You should have a strong delivery, technology, and program management background. Additionally, you should have a proven track record of influencing and presenting to senior business and technology leaders while driving critical delivery initiatives at the highest levels. Strong executive communications, customer engagement, program management, and business strategy skills are essential. ResponsibilitiesRESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage a team of globally placed individual contributors to provide execution guidance, coaching, and develop career performance and growth plans
• Responsible for dedicated cloud delivery projects across JAPAC, from shaping the approach to achieving the desired outcomes through delivery
• Influence, activate, and orchestrate across teams to build alignment and drive results
• Provide program and project management expertise to complex global business initiatives, understanding interdependencies between process, technology, and people needs
• Develop program workstreams, identify core milestones, and ensure that project goals align with customer and business objectives
• Build relationships and collaborate globally with stakeholders and partners to deliver outcomes across the organization, ensuring a shared understanding of progress and performance
• Seek opportunities to bring about ongoing improvement and simplification in business operating procedures and practices, leading to improved efficiency and effectiveness
• Track and manage priorities and committed actions to drive progress and provide actionable insights

Preferred Qualifications

• BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area
• 2+ years people management experience in program or project management, preferably in Cloud
• Proven experience in leading senior level individuals in a remote environment
• Direct experience working with large-scale customers and internal teams, including at the executive level
• A high degree of organization and ability to manage multiple competing priorities
• Ability to work independently, document, and propose solutions to complex business problems
• Ability to lead and coordinate PMs, design teams, and build engineers to execute work
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification preferred
