This is a Forward Deployed Engineering role sitting at the intersection of product engineering and real-world AI deployment. You will work directly with enterprise customers to turn the platform into production-grade AI systems inside their environments, configuring agent workflows, integrating with complex data sources, and solving real operational problems.

Unlike traditional consulting roles, you won’t simply deliver and walk away — the feedback and insight you generate in the field will directly shape the evolution of the core product.

You will effectively operate as the bridge between the product team and the customer, ensuring that deployments move from proof-of-concept to mission-critical systems.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deploying and configuring agent-based AI pipelines inside enterprise environments
• Building integrations with customer systems, data sources and infrastructure
• Developing custom tooling, connectors and workflows on top of the platform
• Diagnosing and resolving issues across the stack — from infrastructure and authentication through to agent orchestration
• Translating customer feedback into product improvements and new capabilities
• Working closely with the product and engineering teams to accelerate the platform’s evolutionWhat They’re Looking For

• Strong Python engineering experience working with production systems
• Experience building or deploying AI / ML systems in real environments
• Familiarity with RAG architectures (chunking strategies, embeddings, retrieval, reranking)
• Backend development experience (FastAPI or similar frameworks)
• Comfort working with AWS infrastructure (e.g. ECS, S3, API Gateway, Secrets Manager)
• Engineers who enjoy working directly with customers and solving ambiguous problems
• Strong communication skills and high emotional intelligence

Experience with agentic AI systems or orchestration frameworks would be advantageous, but curiosity and the ability to move quickly in new technical domains are equally valued.
