Full Stack Engineer (Mid-Level)

The Role

We're looking for a mid-level Full Stack Developer who's fluent in Angular and Spring Boot to join our team working on a long-term healthcare modernization project. You'll be tackling real problems—improving interoperability, quality of care, and cost efficiency in an industry that desperately needs it. You'll work with modern tech, collaborate with smart people, and have the autonomy to build solutions the right way—no legacy spaghetti code, no "we've always done it this way."

What You'll Actually DoBuild stuff that matters

• Design and ship full-stack web applications using Java, Angular, Spring Boot, and Node.js
• Architect scalable microservices solutions in AWS, Azure, or GCP using Docker and Kubernetes
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines so your code ships fast and clean

Own your work

• Collaborate with designers, PMs, and other engineers to define features and ship them
• Hunt down performance bottlenecks, squash bugs, and keep applications fast and responsive
• Write clean, maintainable code and help the team do the same through reviews and automation

Level up the team

• Mentor junior developers—share what you know, help them grow
• Stay current on tech trends and bring fresh ideas to the table (we actually listen)
• Influence technical decisions and contribute to engineering best practices

What We're Looking ForRequired:

• 5+ years building full-stack applications with Java, Angular, JavaScript, Spring Boot, and microservices
• Hands-on experience with UI frameworks (Angular, Vue.js, jQuery, etc.)
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Database experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or AWS-managed databases
• DevOps fluency: Git, Jenkins, Maven, Ansible, JUnit
• Experience implementing SOAP, REST, and Bulk APIs
• Deep knowledge of software development principles and best practices
• Agile/SDLC experience—you know how to ship iteratively
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Employment Details:

This is a full-time W2 position. C2C and 1099 arrangements are not available.
