Yo folks! We are expanding :). We have a Senior Full Stack Engineer positions open for engineers who want to build the future of the Logistics with us.

We are Numeo, Seed round, US based AI startup that is building Digital Workers for Logistics industry.

Responsibilities:

System Architecture & Backend:

• Design and build scalable, testable backend systems and APIs using Node.js, TypeScript, and modern frameworks.
• Architect multi-tenant systems with clean separation of concerns and robust data models.
• Implement comprehensive testing strategies (unit, integration, E2E) and maintain high code coverage.
• Build and optimize database schemas and queries (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or similar).
• Design and implement observability solutions using OpenTelemetry, logging, and monitoring tools.
• Own infrastructure decisions and deployments (GCP, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes).

Frontend & Customer Experience:

• Build responsive, performant web applications using React, TypeScript, and modern UI frameworks.
• Create intuitive, customer-focused interfaces that solve real user problems.
• Implement advanced state management patterns and ensure optimal client-side performance.
• Develop Chrome extensions and browser-based tools when needed.

Leadership & Ownership:

• Take full ownership of features from design through deployment and monitoring.
• Write clean, maintainable code with comprehensive documentation.
• Mentor mid-level and junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming.
• Drive technical discussions and architectural decisions.
• Contribute to engineering culture, standards, and best practices.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong full-stack background.
• Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem and modern web development.
• Proven experience building scalable backend systems with Node.js or similar.
• Strong knowledge of database design, optimization, and query performance.
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress, Playwright) and TDD/BDD practices.
• Solid understanding of system design, architecture patterns, and microservices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS) and containerization (Docker).
• Track record of shipping customer-facing products and iterating based on feedback.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex distributed systems.
• Proactive ownership mentality and exceptional communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AI/ML integrations and LLM-based applications.
• Knowledge of observability tools (OpenTelemetry, Signoz, Datadog).
• Familiarity with freight/logistics domain or B2B SaaS.
• Experience with agent-based systems or workflow orchestration.
• Open source contributions or technical writing.

We Offer:

• Remote, potential relocation to the US after a year (We sponsor).
• Base salary and performance-based stock. We want to share part of the company with our folks who will have deep skin in the game. We have allocated 12% of the company for ESOP.
• Senior: $3,500 - $6,000/month (commensurate with experience, role and location).
