Next Ventures is seeking an Oracle Cloud Project Manager for a Fixed-Term Contract with our client in the UK.

Job Title: Oracle Cloud Project Manager

Contract: 12-Month FTC

Salary: £70,000 per annum

Location: United Kingdom

Travel: Fully Remote

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Project Manager with a proven track record delivering both ERP and HCM initiatives. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion projects, driving business transformation across finance, HR, and procurement functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full lifecycle Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM projects, from planning through to post-implementation support.
• Oversee integration of Oracle Core Financials with Oracle HCM modules.
• Manage project governance, timelines, budgets, and risk.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Coordinate third-party vendors and cross-functional project teams.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Strong project management experience across Oracle Fusion ERP and HCM.
• Hands-on knowledge of Oracle Core Financials.
• Experience delivering complex, multi-module Oracle Cloud implementations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable / Nice to have:

• Experience with Oracle Self-Service Procurement.
• Exposure to Payroll implementation or support.
