Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and front-channel to end-clients of ANITECH.
• Own the entire LMS program delivery, ensuring all outcomes meet agreed objectives.
• Be accountable for all ANITECH personnel and teams participating in project deliveries for the end-client.
• Coordinate and manage the overall Program Plan, ensuring alignment with end-client Senior Leadership Teams (SLT) and corporate strategies.
• Liaise with all stakeholders throughout the service delivery lifecycle, including ANITECH, end-client representatives, and third-party vendors.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to define the scope of the Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
• Lead the delivery oversight team covering all aspects of program delivery: sprint development, testing phases, release management, DevOps, and preparation for go-live.
• Safeguard ANITECH’s reputation by ensuring delivery excellence.Financial & P&L Management

• Manage the full P&L for the delivery program, ensuring;
• Projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Profit margins determined by ANITECH SLT are maintained
• Regular reviews of delivery costs and budget utilization, introducing optimizations without compromising quality or increasing risk
• Oversight and review of tooling costs used for Business-As-Usual (BAU)
• Frequent reporting of risks, concerns, or issues impacting ANITECH’s P&L to the SL

Hard Skills

• 4+ years experience.
• Experience with JIRA.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, preferably SAFe, Scaling Scrum, or LeSS.
• Proven track record with delivery management for IT Programs.
• Proven track record in IT program delivery management
• Strategic mindset with strong alignment to business goals
• Expertise in risk and budgetary management
• Experience with resource and capacity management
