Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in utility billing systems, with specific proficiency in Oracle Customer/1 (C1) modules for meter-to-cash lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of energy utility operations, including regulatory compliance (e.g., FERC, state PUC standards), rate structures, and billing for electricity/gas services.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in energy utilities, ideally from consulting firms or operators such as Cognizant (CTS), Infosys, Florida Power & Light (FPL), American Electric Power (AEP), or similar organizations serving the sector.
• Familiarity with integrated utility ecosystems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, or ESRI for GIS integration) and agile methodologies.
