Title: Flutter or React Native Developer (Estonia-Based) for AI Health App MVP

Project Description:

We are looking for an experienced mobile app developer based in Estonia to build an MVP of a cross-platform AI health monitoring app. The application will allow users to measure vital signs (e.g., heart rate, breathing, stress levels) using their smartphone’s front-facing camera with real-time processing. The MVP needs to be developed for both iOS and Android platforms.

Project Scope Includes:

• Mobile app development using Flutter or React Native
• Camera integration and real-time video/image processing
• Backend setup using Firebase, Node.js, or similar
• Basic UI/UX aligned with health tech usability standards
• Remote collaboration with a founder based in Latin America

Developer Requirements:

• Must be a freelancer based in Estonia
• Strong experience with Flutter or React Native (with portfolio/examples)
• Demonstrated experience integrating mobile camera features
• Comfortable working with Firebase, Node.js, or equivalent backends
• Proficient in English (for ongoing remote communication)
• Available to commit 20–30 hours per week
• Familiarity with Estonian digital services like e-Residency, Xolo, Wise, etc. is a plus
• Open to occasional light admin support (e.g., verifying document receipt — optional and compensated separately)

Additional Notes:

• Only individual freelancers from Estonia will be considered for this role
• Developer agencies based in Estonia can apply if they can assign dedicated resources
