Professional Services Leader (Remote, Australia Only)

Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for a remote Professional Services Leader to join our team. As a Professional Services Leader at Mosaic, your goal would be to lead and guide our consulting talent to ensure client satisfaction and attainment of revenue goals. In this role, you would assist with training development and delivery, recruiting and hiring, managing your team’s performance, upholding our team culture, and maintaining client satisfaction.

What you’ll do:

• Guide and mentor our team of consultants by providing shadowing opportunities where appropriate for peer growth, and assist in ramping up new team members to ensure they have the training needed to be self-sufficient
• Lead build and design including client workshops for UKG migration / implementation projects as well as health checks and other improvement projects
• Develop and retain a team focused on our clients’ success, while achieving revenue and profit goals
• Lead, engage, and motivate your team to accomplish developmental and company goals
• Assist with the recruiting and selection of new talent on the Professional Services team
• Coordinate training and development that develops our team members to be self-motivated, self-managed, and cross-trained in skill sets to match the market demand
• Coach team to maximize performance, foster collaboration, and develop individual competencies
• Drive your team and determine solutions that support our team members, our company, and our clients’ needs
• Provide pre-sales support and estimations of opportunities during sales cycle
• Model Mosaic’s customer service vision of Guide, Anticipate, Exceed

How you’ll be measured:

• Maintain your team’s target utilization to drive gross margin
• Completion of projects on time and on budget that meet the project’s requirements
• Creating effective onboarding for new hires, including providing sufficient ramp, training and coaching, and 90-day performance reviews.
• Maintaining necessary UKG certifications
• Expert ability to develop complex functional design solutions in UKG Pro WFM that meet clients’ needs
• Demonstrating excellent consulting skills, including relationship building, communication and responsiveness, land & expand awareness, focus on quality of deliverables, setting and managing expectations, and providing sound recommendations to clients

• 6+ years of experience, including 4 years of consulting experience with of UKG Pro WFM implementation experience across all or most of the following:
• UKG Pro WFM Timekeeping™
• UKG Pro WFM Advanced Scheduling™
• UKG Pro WFM Accruals
• UKG Pro WFM Attestation
• UKG Pro WFM Forecasting
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Strong experience with leading Migration, Launch and Post implementation projects and working independently
• Ability to work fully remote and travel up to 40% as needed for client work
• Experience building, leading and motivating a high growth, fast paced services organisation within the SaaS market
