About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our innovative team remotely or with flexible arrangements globally. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our rewards and co-brand platform, which is central to our payment ecosystem. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to expand third-party rewards programs, especially those associated with major league sports partners, and embed new payment solutions into our applications. This role offers an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the technology stack that powers our co-branded payment programs, ensuring scalability, security, and seamless integration across blockchain networks. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical foundation, a builder’s mentality, and a passion for creating impactful financial technology solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience with JavaScript, React, TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind, and Node.js
• Proven experience in full-stack development, including building scalable web applications
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and on-chain interactions with smart contracts across multiple networks
• Experience taking features from ideation through to production in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to evolving priorities
• Strong ownership mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions
• Experience working in or with fintech, especially neobanking or card issuing, is a plus
• Familiarity with Web3 infrastructure, dApps, and DeFi protocols is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and scale features across our full technology stack with an emphasis on the Rewards engine
• Contribute to architectural decisions and help shape the technical strategy for global scaling
• Interface with blockchain smart contracts to facilitate interaction between DeFi protocols and real-world payments
• Take ownership of the codebase and infrastructure supporting major league sports partnerships and co-branded payment programs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency
• Maintain high standards of code quality, security, and performance
• Experiment with new technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
