What You'll Do

As part of the development team, you'll contribute to the evolution of a business-critical application while growing your technical and professional skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining applications using Java technologies.
• Working with React and JavaScript to build user-facing features.
• Investigating bugs, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions.
• Collaborating with teammates to deliver high-quality software in an agile environment.
• Taking ownership of tasks and proactively contributing ideas and improvements.

What You'll Need

We're looking for curious and motivated developers who enjoy learning and tackling challenges.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

• Around 3 years of experience in software development.
• Solid experience with Java.
• Some knowledge of React and/or JavaScript.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work independently and investigate issues with confidence.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Professional fluency in Spanish and English.

Nice to Have

It's great if you also have experience with:

• Liferay (content management and portlet development).
• Modern frontend development practices and frameworks.
