Job Summary:

The Product Manager, reporting to the Director, Product Management will lead product strategy and execution for key business areas, mentor junior team members, and influence company-wide initiatives. This individual is passionate about building long-lasting partnerships with our customers and helping them find solutions for their product needs.

Description of Duties:

  • Define product vision, strategy, and growth plans in alignment with company goals.
  • Drive innovation by identifying unmet customer needs and emerging market and emerging technology trends to inform product development and positioning.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential opportunities and threats. • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to end-of-life, making data driven decisions at each stage.
  • Conduct regular reviews of the product portfolio to identify opportunities for expansion, enhancement, or discontinuation.
  • Identify and execute commercial growth strategies through eCommerce, resellers, and direct sales enablement with accountability to revenue performance.
  • Performance manage product line to include engagement in S&OP processes, forecasting, and P&L analysis.
  • Lead high-impact projects across global and cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and marketing to conceptualize, plan, and launch new products as applicable.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers to gather feedback and insights.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and client meetings

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree Chemistry or related Life Sciences field
  • 5+ years' experience in product management, portfolio management, or related strategic marketing role in Biopharma/Biotech
  • Demonstrated experience driving commercial growth
  • Strong knowledge of product launch and lifecycle management
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical and communication skills
