Web Developer

We’re hiring an experienced WordPressWeb Developer (Contractor) to help us build and improve high-performance websites and landing pages for our clients — with a strong focus on execution, speed, and modern AI-assisted workflows.

At MAP, we don’t do generic agency work.

We build systems that drive real outcomes: better rankings, better conversion, better pipelines.

This is a role for someone who can work independently, communicate clearly, and deliver clean, reliable web builds without hand-holding.

What you’ll be working on

• Building and optimising WordPress websites (Elementor + custom HTML/CSS)
• Landing pages designed for conversion and direct response
• Site performance improvements (speed, structure, technical SEO basics)
• Implementing clean integrations (forms, tracking, automations)
• Supporting ongoing client website upgrades and improvements

Who we’re looking for

This is not an entry-level role — we’re looking for someone who is already solid technically and can execute quickly.

You’ll thrive here if you:

• Have strong WordPress development experience
• Write clean HTML/CSS and understand responsive design deeply
• Can troubleshoot issues fast and work with minimal back-and-forth
• Are comfortable leveraging AI tools to speed up development (without sacrificing quality)
• Take pride in detail, structure, and performance
• Enjoy collaborating with a small, high-standard team
