Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Lift Engineer. The Lift Engineer will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing tail lifts, ramps, and other lifting equipment. Key tasks include ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations, performing LOLER certifications, responding to emergency callouts, and diagnosing faults to carry out necessary repairs. The role requires regular communication with clients and delivering exceptional customer service to support their fleet operations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Lifting Equipment maintenance, inspection, and repair
• Knowledge of Health & Safety standards and adherence to compliance requirements
• Strong Communication skills for effective client and team interactions
• Customer Service skills to provide professional and timely assistance
• Practical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Relevant certifications, such as LOLER qualifications, are advantageous
• Prior experience with tail lifts or related equipment is a plus
• Full UK driving license is essential
