Data Engineer

Project Description:

The current project is about creating and automating Data Analysis - warehousing, ETL and post-processing for the reporting purposes throughout all the internal tools.

Responsibilities:

- helping the client designing data warehouse

- selecting the right technologies and the right way how to do the data segregation for various tenants within the warehouse

- helping the client selecting the right BI tool to integrate within products' UIs

- helping with the implementation start of the solution

Mandatory Skills Description:

- Experience in designing scalable data processing systems (including pipelines, advanced ETL processes, data warehouses and lakes)

- Familiarity with various data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift)

- HandsOn experience in working with some data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Google BigQuery, AWS Redshift)

- Familiarity with databases (eg. SQL/DynamoDB)

- Understanding of distributed data processing systems (e.g., Apache Spark, Apache Flink)

- Experience with AWS (or alternative cloud)

- Experience with SaaS products

- Good experience in Python

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

- Good experience in JavaScript/TypeScript

- Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau/Cognos/PowerBI)
