Compensation: Equity Only, possibility to move to paid role on securing seed funding.

The Role

As the Senior Product Manager (CPM), you will take ownership of defining, driving, and executing the product strategy across creator, product, and market (CPM) areas. This is a high-impact role where you’ll work closely with leadership, design, engineering, and community teams to deliver user-centered, scalable solutions. You will be instrumental in balancing creator needs, product innovation, and market adoption to ensure the platform achieves sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities💚

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, operations) to deliver high-quality product features.

• Lead discovery efforts to deeply understand user needs, creator challenges, and market opportunities.

• Translate requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Monitor product performance using data-driven insights, iterate on solutions, and ensure measurable outcomes.

• Stay up-to-date with trends in the creator economy, social platforms, and product management best practices.

• Act as a product leader and mentor for junior team members, fostering collaboration and excellence.

Impact Metrics / Success Criteria

• Define and track North Star metrics (e.g., creator retention, engagement, monetization success).

• Demonstrate product-market fit through growth KPIs (DAUs, CAC vs. LTV, churn)

What you bring

• 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably within tech, SaaS, or digital platforms.

• Strong track record of leading products from concept to launch and scaling in fast-paced environments.

• Experience with creator-focused products, marketplaces, or social/community-driven platforms is a plus.

• Proven ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Comfortable working in early-stage environments with limited resources and high ambiguity.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for innovation and the creator economy.
