💡 What You’ll Do:

✅ Analyze Business Needs: Conduct stakeholder interviews and translate requirements into actionable specifications.

✅ Optimize Processes: Map current workflows and propose efficiency improvements using tools like Lucid chart or Visio.

✅ Data-Driven Insights: Analyze datasets with Excel/SQL and create visualizations (Power BI/Tableau) to support recommendations.

✅ Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.

✅ Innovate: Tackle a real-world BA challenge in the finale, such as redesigning a customer journey or optimizing a supply chain process.

🔍 We’re Looking For:

• Recent graduates in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related fi elds.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis (Excel/SQL), process mapping, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Bonus Skills: Experience with BPM tools (e.g., Bizagi), basic programming (Python/R), or UX/UI principles.
• Critical thinkers with exceptional communication skills and a knack for problem-solving in dynamic environments.
