- Drive security governance, reporting, risk tracking and policy maintenance
- Support identity and access management controls and Microsoft 365 security configuration
- Contribute to cyber remediation workstreams and broader transformation initiatives
- Support Cyber Essentials related activities, evidence gathering and compliance processes
- Engage with technical teams, leadership stakeholders and external suppliers
Key Experience Required:
- Previous experience in an Information Security Manager, Cyber Security Manager or similar operational security leadership role
- Experience working within complex or regulated enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of security operations, vulnerability management and incident response
- Experience managing third-party SOC/MSSP providers
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 security technologies, including Entra ID / Azure AD, Conditional Access and Defender
- Strong governance and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate independently within fast-moving transformation environments

- Experience within defence, engineering, industrial, energy or critical infrastructure sectors
- Cyber Essentials / Cyber Essentials Plus experience
