As the company’s first dedicated Product Owner, you’ll guide product direction, streamline delivery, and turn feedback into features that genuinely make users’ lives easier.

What you'll do:

• Define the product vision and roadmap
• Lead delivery of the reporting platform that underpins the company’s growth
• Establish simple, reliable agile routines
• Work closely with Engineering, QA, and Design to establish compliant, user-friendly features
• Partner with Visa, the banking partners, and KYC/AML providers
• Use data and user insight to improve adoption, performance, and customer satisfaction

What you'll bring:

• 5+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager in fintech, e-money, or digital banking
• Experience with card issuing, EMI, or cross-border payments
• Strong knowledge of Visa/Mastercard issuing and FCA/PSD2
• Confident agile practitioner
• Comfortable with API-led products and tools like Jira, Confluence, and Figma
• Clear communicator who simplifies complexity
• Enjoys building structure in evolving environments
