Community Manager (B2B Ecosystem Builder) – Leading iGaming Media GroupLocation: UK, EU or Malta (CET‑friendly)

Model: Fully Remote (Hybrid optional)

Salary: Up to £50k / €55k DOE

Hours: Core 10–4

About the Role

I’m supporting a fast‑growing global media and events group in the iGaming sector as they hire a Community Manager to build and scale a professional B2B ecosystem across digital platforms and live events.

This is not a social media role and not a player‑facing community.

This is a professional network for operators, suppliers, affiliates, investors and regulators — a year‑round hub for industry connection.

🍋 The Opportunity

You’ll take ownership of designing and launching a unified community hub for iGaming professionals — transforming fragmented WhatsApp/Telegram groups into a structured, high‑value ecosystem (using platforms like Heartbeat, Circle, or Discord).

Alongside digital engagement, you’ll support curated in‑person activations such as meetups, run clubs, roundtables, and networking sessions around major industry events in New York, Valletta, and other key locations.

You’ll work closely with Marketing, Events, and Media teams to grow membership, integrate content, and deliver value to members and partners.

🍋 Key ResponsibilitiesCommunity Architecture & Platform Ownership

  • Design and launch a unified B2B community platform
  • Consolidate existing groups into a cohesive ecosystem
  • Build onboarding flows, engagement loops, and trust‑building rituals

Engagement & Programming

  • Facilitate meaningful conversations among senior iGaming professionals
  • Run AMAs, roundtables, polls, and structured programming
  • Drive engagement around major industry events

Offline Activations

  • Support curated meetups, run clubs, and networking sessions
  • Represent the community at key industry events (Malta, London, New York)

Cross‑Team Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing to grow visibility and membership
  • Work with Events to integrate community into conferences and retreats
  • Collaborate with Media to share news, podcasts, and insights

Continuous Improvement

  • Track engagement metrics (MAU, retention, NPS, activation)
  • Gather feedback and implement new features
  • Contribute to scalable community playbooks and best practices

🍋 What We’re Looking ForMust‑Have Experience

  • Proven experience building or scaling a B2B community (not just moderating)
  • Ability to engage and build trust with senior stakeholders
  • Strong personability and natural curiosity about people
  • Confident initiating conversations and facilitating discussions
  • Commercial awareness — understanding value exchange, partnerships, and member needs
  • Based in Malta (preferred) or Europe with CET‑friendly hours

Nice to Have

  • Experience in iGaming or adjacent regulated industries
  • Familiarity with community platforms (Circle, Heartbeat, Discord, etc.)
  • Comfortable hosting live sessions (online or on‑stage)
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot)
  • Exposure to sponsored community activations
