Project Scheduler Location: Remote - Northern, CA, US Job ID: ATR 17808 Job Description Job Title: Project Scheduler Job Location: Remote (Occasional Site Visits in Northern California) Compensation: $130,000 - $160,000 base salary, bonuses, benefits, PTO, etc. Eligibility/Clearance: Eligible to work in the US Job Description: Stelic is seeking aProject Schedulerto support transportation and civil infrastructure projects in Northern California. This role provides Primavera P6 schedulingandproject controlssupport for roadway and heavy civil construction projects, with an emphasis on realistic sequencing, field-validated logic, and clear schedule communication. This position will be 50% dedicated to a Northern California transportation program and the remaining 50% supporting other projects across Stelic’s client portfolio. The role is primarily remote, with occasional travel to project sites in Northern California for coordination, schedule validation, and stakeholder meetings. Candidates located in the western portion of the United States are strongly preferred. Responsibilities (include But Are Not Limited To): Key Responsibilities

• Provide project controls and delivery support across a portfolio of

active construction projects, primarily focused on electrical and mechanical scopes.

• Develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules, cost reports, and

progress metrics to support informed decision-making.

• Support planning, sequencing, and coordination of MEP installation

activities across multiple projects.

• Interface directly with owners, general contractors, subcontractors,

and engineering teams to validate progress, constraints, and upcoming work.

• Identify schedule, cost, and execution risks across the portfolio and

proactively communicate impacts and mitigation strategies.

• Support monthly reporting, forecasting, and executive-level summaries

for portfolio and project leadership.

• Assist with baseline development, change management analysis, and

schedule impact reviews as required.

• Participate in project meetings, coordination sessions, and site walks

as needed to maintain alignment with field conditions.

• Support project start-up, execution, and closeout activities across

multiple assignments simultaneously. Requirements:

• 4+ years of professional scheduling experience on civil or

infrastructure construction projects.

• Demonstrated experience supporting transportation, roadway, or heavy

civil projects.

• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6.
• Experience working on public-sector or large infrastructure projects

preferred.

• Understanding of civil construction sequencing, traffic control

constraints, and field-driven scheduling logic.

• Ability to work independently across multiple projects.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain

schedule logic, risks, and impacts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a
